Getting close to the festive season!

Time flies.  Fall is officially here on 22 September.  Most of my peers complained about a short summer.  It's true that we had countable sunny days (less than 10 – seemed that way).  I am hopeful that it's going to be a mild Fall.  Once we have a flavor of some Fall days, we may even expect a short and mild winter this year.  I am keeping my fingers and toe-sies crossed .. smile.

With the official launch of a Wellness and Self-development portal in September (wellness4me.net), I've stopped preparing bi-weekly podcasts.  Sincerely hope that some of you enjoyed the WHY podcasts (February-August).

You are welcome to sign up and receive free daily newsletters.  Thank you.

I am thrilled with all the new and exciting things happening this summer.  For example, in addition to the wellness/self-development portal, I am launching a proactive marketing campaign for businesses (international).  Upon completion of an online marketing program this August (plus my social media marketing strategist designation last October), I believe I can help businesses grow (especially those who do not have the required resources).  It's easier than you think!  Very affordable I would like to add.

Now that I have a portal to share my knowledge and experience, I will not be very active in blogging.  Having said that, I will continue sharing/tweeting on my Facebook and Twitter accounts.   You are always welcome to text me if I can be of any assistance.

Take care and be Happy & Healthy Always!

What's Next?

Upon completion of my second book "WHY I Better BE" on 2 August (it's available on Amazon), I just finished the book cover design of my third book "Taming The Dragons".

You can tell from the book cover that I am going to share The Fiedlers' experiences on the Den.  We were there two times, namely Season VIII and Season IX.  I will cover what happened.   For example, our preparation for the audition, filming, and post-air experiences.  What're the differences between the first and second pitches?  I am glad to share our journey inclusive of tips to those who may consider visiting the Den one day.

Our disclosure agreement will end upon airing of the Second Chance episode in early January (usually the first or second Wednesday).  We will know in December if our pitch will be aired.  In any event, we will be free to share our experience after the Second  Chance episode is aired.  I will prepare a short announcement once I have the exact release date of "Taming The Dragons".  Please stay tuned.

Happy Summer!

Hello!  How's your summer?

Summer in Ontario Canada has been quite chilly this year.  No complaints - we have had some hot and humid days (over 40 degree C with humidity).  We simply wish that our summer will be longer this year.

July is a special month because it is my birthday month.  It's my intention to complete most of my writing (for my second book "Why a Better Be") this month so that my book will be available online in August.

When I had a few lapses on my writing in June, I was a little discouraged that I may not make it.  Luckily, I caught up and things look promising that the self-publishing process will be in good order in the coming days.

Yes, I am self-publishing my second book.  I understand self-publishing could be a myth to some of you.  Please give it a try if it is your dream to share your experience.  It may be intimidating at first.  Once you overcome the initial reluctance, you will enjoy the process.

Take care and continue enjoying a Happy and Healthy Summer!

Blue is the trend!!

Hello!  You may notice "blue" is the fashion color this year.  I like blue but I seldom wear one.  Why?

Blue (or green) stands for water.  Water means prosperity according to some fortune-tellers.  My life chart has lots of "fake" water.  Multiple fortune-tellers suggested me to stay away from blue/green and I have been following their suggestion diligently .. smile ..

Having said that, I could not resist sharing these lovely "blue" photos with you:

Bargains!

Hello!  I believe in spending time to locate some great bargains online especially I don't drive!  I'm glad that I have a handful of reliable sellers whom I can count on to meet my shopping needs.

Got this summer dress and 6" pumps this week.  Two different sellers in China and I got them within two weeks (from China to Canada).  They cost me less than US$40 in total.

Be a sensible shopper (may become addicted to bargains and overspend) and plan in advance (most sellers deliver within a 6-8 weeks timeline).  Chat with you next time.
